Major expansion plans

RMT Group, the ambitious customer generation business, has today announced plans to create 10 new home worker  

co-ordinator positions and grow turnover to £1.5m as it completes plans to convert its offices in Mijas Costa to administration and  training only facilities.

Based in Mijas Costa since its humble beginnings in 2012, RMT Group is now partnered with financial services companies like Mansion Park, Pensionlite, Futures Assured and Moorland Mayfair Wealth Management, connecting them with new customers using a mix of digital marketing and innovative call centre technology.

Investment for the future
To date, growth has been driven by founders Ryan Mellor and Charlotte Till who have recently expanded the management team in the Mijas Costa office. The rapid increase in recruitment is just the beginning, as RMT Group aims to vastly grow turnover by 300% to the tune of £1.5m by the end of FY2018.

Speaking about the plans, RMT Group co-founder and sales director, Ryan Mellor, said:
“We have four successful years and strong fundamentals behind us, but recognised the need for change to really build on that and accelerate the rate of growth with plans for a head office in the UK at some point in 2017/18 to add to the Mijas Costa and Gibraltar operations”

Capacity is everything
The Mijas Costa offices provides nearly 1,100 square feet of floor space to accommodate its administration and training team. RMT Group intends to grow its workforce by a massive 66 per cent over the next 12 months.

The converted Mijas Costa offices, overlooking the A7 motorway and the surrounding mountains, are part of a new office and leisure development which been finished to the highest standards. They provide the spacious, bright and modern surroundings that befit a company very much part of the growing financial technology industry.
